In more details, Nannyboo is a platform that will be accessible for any users. The app will be available and accessible.
Nannyboo app will be easy to download and to use, accessible for families and candidates over 18 who want to find a job as a nanny, babysitter and/or aupair.

A nanny is a candidate who is looking for a full time, part time job as childcarer, babysitters are candidates who are looking for a last minute job or just some extra hours here and there. Au pairs are candidates who are looking for a family to live with, as well as looking after the children living in the same house.

Families and candidates will have to create a profile first, letting us know what are their needs, how many children candidates are able to look after, how many children need care for, all the preferences and needs of both parties.

Candidates will be able to find a babysitting for the same day, by letting us know they’re availabilities on that day, by clicking on the ‘available’ button from their home page. Their request will then appear for the families around the same location as the candidates, who will need a babysitter on that day. Candidates who find a family for the day, will then receive a request and will be able to start chatting with the family in need.

For the candidates who are looking for a nanny/au pair job, they will have to post an add with their time preferences, their location, how many children are they willing to look after and all the necessary information that a family will need for the job.

In conclusion, we strongly believe Nannyboo has a great potential in the childcare industry, as apps are becoming so handy, quick and easy comparing to websites. Working myself as a nanny for 10 years, I’ve came across so many families looking for nannies and babysitters through website, Facebook groups etc.. Which makes it harder for them to find the right match for their bubs last minute.

Creating an app for Nannyboo was the best idea, as our main focus is on “last minutes” babysitting job which requires notifications, easy and quick way to connect and update our families/candidate on time.

We are so excited to launch our app, and start spreading the word!
